I found this lovely tutorial on how to make paper hydrangeas. I haven't tried it but the tutorial is very thorough and seems quite straight forward. We had hydrangeas in out garden when we were little and my sister and I used to pick them to crush into bottles of water to make perfume. Seeing this post has brought back some happy nostalgic memories!
