Coral workshops with year 10s

I have been working withY10s on a project based on my coral colony work. My aim was to develop their paper manipulating skills using cutting, sculpting, rolling etc whilst they studied the natural form of various corals. They started with simple forms which they enhanced with painting techniques and the papers they used, advancing as the weeks went on. Most of them are moving onto the next stage of the project now, making a sculptural piece which they will decorate using the techniques they have been perfecting. I will update as we go.
