So lockdown has forced me to give up my studio and now my living room, garage, bedroom and even larder are being used to store my work, furniture and materials. The house is a mess and working in any of the space available is far from inspirational with boxes everywhere!
But somehow I am being inspired and working on so many different projects right now. I don't know where it is coming from but I welcome it, especially at such uncertain times as it really is a release for me from the daily worry of covid19. Maybe its all coming at me at once because without exhibitions and workshops looming I have time to think, reflect and freely create.
I'm working in different ways, using different mediums...painting outdoors a lot. I'm spending anytime I can outdoors, I don't know if it's because the current circumstances make me feel trapped being stuck at home or because there's no space to work indoors, haha.
We are definitely making the most of our little garden, we have all been working and dining out there.
