Konozco

This huge piece by Konozco is in Bushwick, Brooklyn, I was shown it on a graffiti walking tour of The Bushwick Collective. Our guide told us that the artist created the circular spaces for collaboration with others and that anyone could put anything in them. So I just had to

have a go!

Giving others a place to be part of something much bigger is such a lovely idea bringing the community and visitors together within a very lively, colourful and inviting piece of street art.

So much of the street art I saw had been defaced by the tags of other graffiti artists so this idea is genius in giving others a voice whilst still being able to retain his own work. The most exciting part of this piece is it's forever changing yet it's without the artist present and his work doesn't lose it's anything in the process.
