Take down

I’ve just taken down the exhibition with Alison. So it’s back to having my house full of boxes. I should really throw some work out but I just can’t bring myself to get rid of it yet.

I showed a couple of ladies around my exhibition this morning before taking it down whilst they where waiting to attend a meeting and sold another piece of work and I’ve got an order to make another too. Alison was fantastic, as usual. She picked me up, helped take everything down and package it all up and dropped me back at home with all the work, what more could you ask for? She is so accommodating. I would definitely recommend showing work there to others, the space is a bit difficult to work with for my type of work because there is a staircase that takes up a lot of the room and not many places I could hang 3D work from, but she went out of her way to make sure I could show everything I wanted in the exhibition and we managed to really utilise the space.

I’m sad to see it all come down but on with the next project.
