What to do

Last night I got home at 2.30 am. I got Splashy drawn out and all the background painted. I started the red splashes but the colour isn't right The first coat looked fine but it went so dark when I applied another coat. I didn’t sleep well worrying about it. I think I'm going to have to sand the paint down and start again.
